The Planning and Zoning Commission is responsible for approving plans for subdivisions, making recommendations to City Council regarding land use, re-zoning requests, amendments to zoning ordinances and other development regulations. The Commission is also responsible for completion of the Comprehensive Master Plan. It consists of five members. Members Nick Chesney, Chairman
