Keene will hold its annual Starfest for the 23rd time on Monday, October 31 from 6 to 9 pm at the Keene Police and Fire Complex located at the intersction of Hillcrest & Mockingbird.  The activities kick off with the Color Guard and the National Anthem, sung by Leslie Castellanos, at 6:00 pm.  The SWAT (Southestern Acrobatics Team) will perform at 6:15 and 7:30 pm.  Live entertainment by the Jesse Jennings Band is at 6:55 & 8:15 pm.  Food booths, face painting and midway-style games, along with train, hay and helicopter rides provides fun at all age levels.  Admission is free and so is all the entertainment with the exception of the food and helicopter rides.  Dressing up in costume is encouraged, but please no scary ones.  Bring the whole family and invite your friends and neighbors to join us at Starfest.
