NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE
GOVERNING BODY OF
KEENE, TEXAS
Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 100 N. Mockingbird, Keene, Texas on the 15th of March, 2010 at which time the following subjects will be discussed to wit:
1. Discussion of the municipal incorporation efforts concerning the proposed city of Coyote Flats.
2. Discussion of what actions, if any, the City of Keene can take concerning the municipal incorporation efforts for the proposed city of Coyote Flats.
3. Discussion and possible action on steps to protect the City of Keene’s interests in regards to the municipal incorporation efforts for the proposed city of Coyote Flats.
4. Executive Session – (closed to the public as provided by Texas Government Code) as authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, the Workshop, Special Called or regular meeting may be convened into closed session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the attorney on an any agenda item listed herein.
5. Executive session – (closed to the public as provided by Texas Government Code) as authorized by Section 551.071(1) and (2) of the Texas Government Code, the workshop, special called or regular meeting may be convened into closed executive session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the attorney on pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer. 6. Reconvene into open session for possible action resulting from any items posted and legally discussed in executive session
7. Adjourn
