NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF KEENE, TEXAS Notice is hereby given that a Regular Council Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 100 N. Mockingbird, Keene, Texas on the 26th January, 2012 at which time the following subjects will be discussed to wit: 1. MAYOR’S REMARKS/PUBLIC FORUM (The City Council invites citizens to speak on any topic; however, unless the item is specifically noted on this agenda, the City Council is required under the Texas Open Meetings Act to limit its response to one of the following: *Responding with a statement of specific factual information or reciting the City’s existing policy on that issue; or*Directing the person making the inquiry to visit with City Staff about the issue. PRESENTATION OF THE RACIAL PROFILING REPORT FOR THE CITY OF KEENE - CHIEF ROCKY ALBERTI 6. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE RACIAL PROFILING REPORT FOR THE CITY OF KEENE 7. REVIEW BY THE COUNCIL OF REPORTS BY THE WATER, SEWER, PUBLIC WORKS, POLICE, COURT, CODE ENFORCEMENT, AND FIRE/EMS DEPARTMENTS DETAILING MONTHLY ACTIVITY WITHIN EACH DEPARTMENT. COUNCIL MAY CONSULT WITH DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL, THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR, AND THE CITY ACCOUNTANT REGARDING THE REPORTS 8. EXECUTIVE SESSION -- (CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AS PROVIDED BY TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE) AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 551.071(2) OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, THE WORKSHOP, SPECIAL CALLED, OR REGULAR MEETING MAY BE CONVENED INTO CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEEKING CONFIDENTIAL LEGAL ADVICE FROM THE ATTORNEY ON ANY AGENDA ITEM LISTED HEREIN 9. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION FOR POSSIBLE ACTION RESULTING FROM ANY ITEMS POSTED AND LEGALLY DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION . 10. ADJOURN City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
