NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY OF KEENE PARKS AND RECREATIONAL BOARD

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the City of Keene Parks and Recreational Board will be held at 7:30 p.m. on the 1st day of February, 2012 in the City Council Chambers, 100 N. Mockingbird Lane, Keene, Texas 76059 at which time the following subjects will be discussed to wit:

1. Welcome

2. Chairman’s remarks

3. Discussion and possible approval of past minutes.

4. Discussion and possible action on master plan for pocket park.

5. Discussion and possible action on current and future park programs.

6. Discussion and possible action on the Park Ordinance and the fee schedule.

7. Discussion and possible action on current and future park projects.

8. Discussion and possible action on the future status of the Keene Athletic Association and the board members.

9. Adjourn

City Hall is wheelchair accessible.  The entry ramp is at the corner of Mockingbird and Hillcrest streets with entry at the front entrance to City Hall.  Reasonable accommodations to furnish auxiliary aids or special accommodations to assist persons with special needs will be provided when forty-eight (48) hours advance notice is given.  Please contact the City Secretary’s office at 817-641-3336.
